Starting in December of 2019, I committed myself to composing 1 musical track per day for the rest of the year. I didn't quite manage a full 365 (323 was the final count).
There are a few reasons for doing this, but one benefit is that it's useful to have a bunch of pre-written music for using on various projects. The problem is sorting/sifting through such a large variety of tracks. Soundcloud was my first thought, but it proved to be untenable because it doesn't have great organizational tools.
One attempt to work around those limitations was using the Track Cover for each song to embed some useful information. Hence the icons for the 4 genres which most songs roughly could be categorized: Sci-fi, Pop, Fantasy, Retro. This didn't
Ultimately, each track is (or will be) uploaded to a personal site for sorting/browsing.
